The Isidore Faculty and Staff successfully conducted their Collaborative Development Activity from March 28 to March 30, 2026, at Nokori Private Resort in Sta. Maria, Bulacan. The three-day initiative forms part of the institution’s strategic preparations for School Year 2026-2027, aimed at strengthening unity, enhancing professional collaboration, and reinforcing the school’s shared mission of excellence in education.

Organized by the management of Isidore, the activity gathered faculty and staff in a series of structured collaborative activities designed to promote teamwork, resilience, and shared leadership. Participants were grouped into two teams, Team Blue and Team Red, who competed in various physical challenges and team-building exercises that encouraged camaraderie, strategic thinking, and collective effort. Team Red ultimately emerged as the overall champion while Team Blue won the Best Chant Award.

Beyond the physical activities, the program also provided meaningful opportunities for reflection and professional dialogue. Faculty and staff engaged in discussions focused on workplace collaboration and the shared responsibility of nurturing learner success.

The event was anchored on the leadership of Teacher Ann Marie S. Bartolome, School Administrator, and Sir Jose Ronello Bartolome, Chief Executive Officer, whose guidance emphasized the importance of unity, faith, and purpose-driven collaboration in advancing the school’s vision.

As the program concluded, participants expressed renewed enthusiasm and commitment to their roles in the upcoming school year. The experience served as a reminder that strong collaboration and shared values remain at the heart of the institution’s success.
